This list pulls together the national sports body for pickleball, the government regulators that oversee it, and consumer and legal aid channels available to Klang Valley residents.   • Legal Aid Department (Jabatan Bantuan Guaman, JBG)

    A federal department giving legal advice and representation to lower- and middle-income Malaysians, with minimum fees for its services. It runs an online booking system for free face-to-face legal advice at its offices nationwide.

  • National Legal Aid Foundation (Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan, YBGK)

    Malaysia's national legal aid foundation, set up mainly to provide free legal assistance in criminal matters from arrest through trial for those who cannot afford counsel. This would only be relevant to a pickleball court situation involving a criminal matter, such as an assault or altercation, not routine consumer disputes.

  • Legal Aid Centre Selangor (LACS)

    A Selangor-based Bar Council legal aid centre that also acts as the administrative centre for YBGK. It was set up as a one-stop centre for the poor and needy to get impartial legal advice or representation, and it serves Klang Valley residents needing free or low-cost legal help.
