Corrections, disputes, and removals

Pickleball Court Guide lists court facilities across Klang Valley with scores generated automatically from public Google reviews. We use one fixed rubric applied identically to every business. Listings are free to claim and appear. Payment never changes your score or ranking. This page explains how to correct factual details, challenge a score, or request removal of your listing. Correcting business details

Factual errors (business name, address, phone, website, hours, the list of services) are the quickest thing to fix. Include the correct information and a way to confirm it; your website or Google Business Profile both work. Applied corrections persist across our data refresh cycles.

Disputing a score

Scores are calculated automatically. We do not hand-edit them. A dispute means you believe the underlying data is wrong, for example the profile was matched to someone else's business, reviews were attributed to the wrong listing, or the summary misrepresents what reviewers actually said. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a different number.

Removal requests

We remove listings when a business has permanently closed, when a duplicate exists, or when the listing falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification also automatically detects and removes closed facilities. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we may decline removal and will explain why plainly.

How long does it take

Every request gets acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Requests that are declined include the reason.
